In partnership with Arup, we published a landmark report that mapped the scale of the capital challenge facing arts centres and offered clear recommendations for the future. Building on this work, we convene members alongside expert organisations such as Charcoalblue and the Theatres Trust, creating spaces for leaders to share experiences, explore scenarios, and consider practical solutions.

Through these programmes we are helping members to understand the fundraising landscape, scope programmes effectively, and take strategic decisions with confidence. Above all, our capital work is rooted in our founding ethos of collaboration: equipping arts centre leaders with the knowledge, networks, and support they need to safeguard and reimagine their buildings for generations to come.
