Meet our new Administrator, Elena Rowe
We’re pleased to welcome Elena Rowe to Future Arts Centres as our new Administrator. Elena joins us at an exciting moment for the network, supporting our members, programmes and day‑to‑day operations.
Elena brings extensive experience from community‑focused organisations across Greater Manchester. Most recently Finance Manager at Levenshulme Inspire, she oversaw budgeting, reporting and grant management, and has also worked with Levenshulme Old Library and IMPACT CIC. She also has strong administrative experience spanning CRM systems, governance and project management. Alongside this, Elena has run her own community‑focused café and events business, giving her practical insight into managing operations, people and programmes.
Speaking about her new role, Elena says: “I’m really excited to be joining Future Arts Centres. I’ve always been motivated by inclusive, community‑led arts work, and I’m looking forward to supporting the network and connecting with members as I settle into the role.”
FAC Co‑Directors Annabel Turpin and Gavin Barlow say: “We’re delighted to welcome Elena to the team. She brings a strong mix of practical experience, community focus and organisational insight, and we know she’ll be a great support to our members as she gets to know the network.”
Elena takes over the role following the departure of Christine Lee, who left FAC at the end of April to lead the new Creative People and Places programme in Hartlepool. We’re grateful to Christine for her contribution over the past three years and wish her every success in her new role.
Elena will be connecting with members over the coming months and looks forward to meeting many of you soon.
