Moira Sinclair OBE has 40 years’ experience in funding, policy and delivery across the arts, cultural and charity sector. Her current portfolio spans strategic consultancy, mentoring, coaching and non-executive roles, all with the intention of building organisational capacity and supporting leaders to achieve their full potential.

Moira is Chair of both Clore Leadership and Factory International in Manchester, as well as Chair of the Investment Committee for the Arts & Culture Impact Fund.

In 2025, she stepped down after 10 years as Chief Executive of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, one of the UK’s most influential grant makers, and was previously Executive Director for London and the South East for Arts Council England until 2015.
